Rachel M. Allums, Esq., is a licensed attorney focused in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Rachel began her career as a Certified Paralegal, working in Estate Planning, with additional background in Family Law and Personal Injury.
Rachel has over 22 years experience in the legal field.
Rachel’s educational background is unique in that she "Learned the Law Like Lincoln" by participating in the California State Bar’s program allowing independent study with mentor attorneys, in lieu of attending a formal law school. This allowed Rachel to continue her full-time work, gaining valuable experience, in addition to her rigorous study schedule. Rachel completed the program in May of 2019 and passed the July 2019 California Bar Exam.
Outside of the office, Rachel is a wife and mother of two children.
She is an avid community volunteer and currently serves on the Executive Board of the Poway High School PTSA
as the Grad Nite Chariman.
Rachel has previously been honored as a Volunteer of the Year by the Poway Unified School District.
Rachel is also a proud volunteer for the San Diego County Bar Association's Wills For Heroes program.
